TheKeyPorter Service will charge the client £18* for 4 months services in advance and arrange a Pre Authorized Debit for £4.50 per calender month to be sent to the client together with a pre-paid registered envelope.

TheKeyPorter Service agrees not to withdraw services for any reason other than non-payment without providing a minimum of 72 hours notice to arrange for alternative services.

TheKeyPorter Service agrees not to arrange for a third party to provide services without adequate notice to the client. The client has the right to be familiar and comfortable with the personnel acting on behalf of TheKeyPorter Service. The client has the right to refuse the services of personnel acting on behalf of TheKeyPorter Service if notice and prior approval has not been granted.

TheKeyPorter Service agrees not to enter the client’s home for any purpose other than the services contracted, and to not divulge any security access information to any party other than the client or an authorized agent of either party.

TheKeyPorter Service agrees not to enter the client’s home unless expressly requested to do so.

TheKeyPorter Service will not be held liable for damage to or loss of the client’s home or possessions resulting during the performance of services requested unless negligence or carelessness is demonstrated on the part of TheKeyPorter Service. TheKeyPorter Service will not be held liable for damage caused by any 3rd party, natural occurrence, faulty equipment or lack of maintenance The client is encouraged to maintain adequate Property or Tenant Insurance.

TheKeyPorter Service will not be held liable for the action(s) of the client,or a 3rd party during delivery of requested services.

TheKeyPorter Service will not use an image or video of the client, the client’s home without prior written approval from the client detailing the purpose of use, location to be used, and any and all restrictions regarding use of the image or video.

The Client agrees that upon cancellation of services from TheKeyPorter Service, this Service Agreement shall be null and void, and any future requests for service will be governed by a new Service Agreement.

TheKeyPorter Service agrees that any changes to the service agreement which may affect the provision of services will be submitted in writing 30 days prior to the change. Any changes made to the Service Agreement will be deemed accepted by the client unless written cancellation of service or request for amendment is received within 14 days.

The term of this agreement is for a minimum of 1 year from the date of the receipt of the return envelope.
